We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

EU customers will be refunded of shipping costs as well, while international ones will cover those getting a refund for the pedal(s) only.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank, credit card company or PayPal account to process and post the refund too.

AC noises warrants the product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase. If the product fails within the warranty period, AC noises will repair or, at our discretion, replace the product at no cost to the original purchaser. If the two year warranty has expired, AC noises can repair units for a reasonable cost, depending on the damage.

In the case of malfunction, the purchaser’s sole recourse shall be repair or replacement, as described in the preceding paragraphs. AC noises will not be held liable to any party for damages that result from the failure of this product. Damages excluded include, but are not limited to, the following: lost profits, lost savings, damage to other equipment, and incidental or consequential damages arising from the use, or inability to use this product. In no event will AC noises be liable for more than the amount of the purchase price, not to exceed the current retail price of the product. AC noises disclaims any other warranties, express or implied. By using the product, the user accepts all terms herein.

This warranty covers defects in manufacturing discovered while using this product as recommended by AC noises. This warranty does not cover loss or theft, nor does the coverage extend to damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, improper storage, lightning, or natural disasters. Damage caused by any of the above circumstances may result in a non-warranty repair fee.

Customers with an EU-valid number have the right to place their orders without paying for the 22% Italian one (that our site automatically applies to the whole EU area)

An EU-Valid VAT numbers usually starts with the first two letters of the country's name (e.g.: Italian ones start with IT).
If you can't proof your VAT exemption at checkout, feel free to reaching out at info@acnoises.com and we'll figure that out together.

Note: orders from Italy must be all VAT included.

By ordering outside the EU-zone, you should expect some border fees when the your item(s) enter your country. These fees are NOT included to shipping costs and we don't cover them in any case.
